I am excited about my next popup taking place on 9th February at the fabulous RedbankCo in the city’s Green Quarter.
I will be creating a four course menu of the finest seasonal food, all hand crafted by myself for your tastebuds pleasure. The event starts at 7.30pm with a welcome cocktail created by RedbankCo exclusively for my event. Tickets are only £25 and available from Eventbrite.

As with all of my popup’s I like to use only the best, seasonal produce. To start my popup I am going to create for you a fantastic almond, fennel & scallop soup, made with the finest scallops from Out of the Blue fishmongers, the best in town, I will serve it with award winning Barbakan bread.
Next up is my new obsession.. Pasta! Freshly made ravioli stuffed with pumpkin and drizzled with sage and roasted garlic butter.
For mains it is the most succulent venison, provided by Frosts Butchers, slowly braised for 12 hours with all of the seasons finest flavours, juniper, cinnamon, star anise to name a few.
To finish is a pecan and blood orange meringue with passionfruit, so fruity and fresh!

More about the RedbankCo Incubator
RedbankCo started life in the arches of the Green Quarter as a photographic studio and bar consultancy agency, but in 2014 they began to open their doors as a cafe and event space due high demand. They had a great venue and saw the need for a somewhere that was creative, flexible and supportive to other independent businesses and events.
The concept for the popup incubator was born from a love of working together (and food!), creating a symbiotic relationship designed for up and coming food professionals wanting to showcase their food, whilst RedbankCo focus is on providing a fantastic bar and space, letting small food businesses shine in their fantastic venue.
RedbankCo’s aim with the Popup Incubator is to give up and coming food operators a platform for creativity, letting them experiment with menus, ideas and concepts, without the need to worry about the setup and operation of a running business.
